My Professional Journey
From Service Passion to Strategic Execution, explore my career path and see how over a decade of experience has shaped my unique approach to event design and management.
The Foundation: Early Customer Service & Operational Acumen
My professional journey began in dynamic, fast-paced environments at companies like Apple and NETGEAR. These early roles were my introduction to a service-first mindset, teaching me the importance of customer satisfaction, meticulous problem-solving, and managing complex technical inquiries. It was here that I developed the foundational skills of clear communication and a calm, confident approach under pressure.
The Transition: Project Leadership & People Development
At NETGEAR, I transitioned from a customer-facing role into a leadership position, where I became a Project Manager, Coach, and Trainer. This was a pivotal period where my focus shifted from solving individual problems to improving organizational processes. I led projects in staff development and operational efficiency, proving my ability to train teams, implement new guidelines, and drive tangible improvements in key metrics like customer satisfaction.
The Entrepreneurial Leap: Full Event Management Ownership
The culmination of my passion for events and my hands-on experience came when I took a leap and founded my own company, Four Season Events. As the Owner and CEO, I took full ownership of every aspect of event management, from creative design and client acquisition to budget control and flawless on-site execution. This is where I truly honed my ability to drive sales, manage complex logistics, and build the kind of client relationships that generate significant repeat business.
The Strategic Scale: Global Program & Operations Management
Along side my business, I managed projects in a large-scale corporate environment at Dell Technologies, where my project management skills were elevated to a strategic level. As a Senior Program Manager, I led global initiatives, oversaw multi-million dollar projects, and implemented systems that dramatically improved operational efficiency and predictability. This experience refined my ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage high-stakes reporting, and apply rigorous methodology to deliver impactful results.
The Next Chapter: Community & Operational Leadership
In my most recent roles at the Crann Centre and through my extensive pro bono work, I have focused on applying my skills for positive community impact. As a consultant and a hands-on manager, I’ve overseen daily operations, managed facilities, and successfully led fundraising initiatives that have made a real difference. This phase of my journey proves that my expertise in operational excellence and project management can be successfully applied to any environment, driven by a passion for community and positive change.
